After a handful of consultation calls last week, I’m learning that one of the reasons teachers hesitate to lead a retreat is that they don’t even know where to start. ⁣

⁣Everyone I spoke to said that they’ve thought about before, but never knew if it was the time to pull the trigger, or how to. ⁣

Here’s some questions to ask yourself to see if you’re ready. ⁣

✨𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲?⁣
⁣The people most likely to sign up for your retreats are your regulars and more often than not, they’ll tell their friends or family and bring one or two of them along. People who come to your classes regularly trust you and are obviously into what you offer so this is a good sign that you’d be a great candidate to lead a retreat!⁣

✨𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲?⁣
⁣Teaching in a studio is where most of us begin, but it can feel monotonous and I know a lot of teachers get to a point where they ask themselves, “is there more?”. ⁣

Taking yourself and your students on an exciting adventure is great way to not only connect with your students more, but it’s also a great way to build your brand and discover more about yourself as a yoga/fitness teacher. ⁣

✨𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿?⁣
⁣You’ve got to be a 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 to host a retreat for your students and they will be looking to 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to set the tone energetically. When you’re confident about yourself, your students will trust you to lead the pack. ⁣

Are you ready to lead your next retreat? Set up a consultation call with me today and I’ll make sure that fear and overwhelm don’t get in the way of you taking the next steps.
