Do you feel blocked? Exhausted? Get unstuck now! Reconnect to your inner vitality and join us for a seven-day immersive fitness and live music retreat in Mar de Jade, nestled between the tropical jungle and pristine beach of Chacala, Mexico. There you will take a deep dive into areas of resistance that keep you stuck in the same habits and behaviors. Learn how you can harness the power of movement to ignite your inner fire and let go of things that no longer serve you. Twice daily holistic movement classes are accompanied by live DJ Artisan Jones. Yoga, meditation, barre, sculpt, and HIIT classes along with a volcano hike and boat ride will help students connect to their body’s innate ability for creativity, joy, and relaxation. Rejuvenate your body with three daily organic meals and create stillness in your spirit as you wake every day to the sounds of birds and ocean waves. This week-long practice of self-care is designed to open your mind, change your perspective, burn up old fears, and make space for you to actualize your authentic potential right now.

  • Due to the financial responsibility of Sonic Flow and Panacea Retreats for booking and holding the retreat property, all payments are non refundable. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 14 days of booking to access “Cancel Anytime” coverage (Squaremouth, Tinleg and Good Allianz are good options).
  • Fly into Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco (PVR) airport ideally by 3pm
  • Currently, there are no covid testing requirements to enter Mexico. A negative COVID test will be required to re-enter the United States, which can be done either at Mar De Jade or with an FDA rapid test, most airlines provide these for an extra cost.

Meet Your Retreat Leaders

Sonic Flow is a yoga/DJ duo comprised of Erin Wimert and Michael Jones (Artisan Jones). The two provide a unique experience of blended energies and styles through purposefully connecting music with movement. The Sonic Flow experience will allow you to find yourself in the moment and explore the space within and around you.

Sonic Flow has been collaborating together for over 7 years and they have hosted classes in unique locations including warehouses, parks, art galleries and music festivals. Join them for their 4th live DJ retreat in Mexico!
