A Journey To The Heart – A Live DJ Experience

This eight-day live music and yoga retreat is open to anyone, join us to connect to your own heart while uniting with a community of like-minded humans. Students will explore and embody different concepts such as intention, acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness and non-judgment to create a more intimate relationship with themselves and each other. Each day will be an opportunity to contemplate and discuss these themes through music, movement (vinyasa and yin), pranayama and meditation (yoga nidra). DJ Artisan Jones will provide live music for each class along with a nighttime dance party. There will also be plenty of time to relax by the ocean or pool and enjoy surfing, sailing, watching turtles, ziplining and eating delicious local food in the tree top restaurant. This week long practice of self-love is designed to leave you feeling more whole, confident and free to be yourself while letting go of old stories and opening up to our fullest and most authentic potential right NOW.

Accomodations

Pick and choose your preferred room below. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, in-room safe, and ceiling fans. Pricing includes lodging, three meals a day, airport transfers, a sunset sailboat excursion and twice a day yoga.

These rooms are located under the restaurant so they are the most budget friendly rooms due to some noise (possibly until 10pm). They are each tastefully and individually decorated. Each hotel room has a small outdoor patio and a hammock hanging out front. The hotel rooms have one queen and one single bed.

*It is very hard to hear other sounds with A/C or fan on.
