You are invited to join YoGallery Wellness owners Kelsey and Brendan Gallery for “Freedom in Paradise” for eight incredibly healing and rejuvenating days in beautiful Playa Grande, Costa Rica from March 8-15, 2025.

The intention of this week is simply to have fun. During this time, you’ll enjoy daily yoga classes (Vinyasa and Restorative), delicious local food, a sunset sailboat excursion and lots of downtime to relax by the pool, go to the beach, get a massage or explore around the town. This retreat can be as active or relaxing as you like and will offer ample opportunities to be with yourself and connect with the group.

Imagine waking up everyday to the sounds of the ocean and howler monkeys, being steps away from a stunning beach, having three delicious meals prepared for you daily, and having zero tasks on your to-do list. Meet Your Retreat Leaders

Yoga transformed Kelsey’s life profoundly. Previously prioritizing physical fitness for reasons not always rooted in health, yoga introduced a holistic strength, bolstering her mentally and emotionally to confront life’s challenges head-on. This transformative journey compelled her to share its power.

For years, Kelsey pursued an idealized life, battling self-limiting beliefs about body image, worthiness, and the relentless need for approval. Yet, through yoga, she learned detachment and embraced what she can control, shedding doubts and judgments. As she cultivated self-love, her capacity to love others deepened. Feeling the profound impact of yoga, Kelsey passionately endeavors to impart its wisdom to others. She sees it as her ultimate privilege to guide fellow seekers toward their truths, inner peace, and liberation.

Brendan is an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor and a Certified Professional Life Coach. With a background in mental health counseling and Master’s level training in mindfulness, Brendan builds both empathy and compassion into each class and session.

Brendan teaches a variety of Yoga and fitness formats, and also offers personal training, private yoga, and Holistic Life Coaching.

About The Venue

This boutique beach hotel is the perfect spot for a Playa Grande vacation with close proximity to the beach and consistent surf. Visitors can enjoy the two onsite yoga studios with year-round retreat offerings and the Playa Grande restaurant located in the treetops which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a sunset happy hour. The hotel hosts special events and several weddings each year, but it is the people and the overall vibe that make it truly special and worth experiencing. Just 75 meters from one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world, Playa Grande’s three-mile stretch offers numerous surf breaks for visitors to explore.

Due to the financial responsibility of Panacea Retreats for booking and holding the retreat property, all payments are non refundable. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 14 days of booking to access “Cancel Anytime” coverage (Travelguard, Squaremouth, Tinleg and Good Allianz are good options).

Pick and choose your preferred room below. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, in-room safe, and ceiling fans. Pricing includes lodging, three meals a day, airport transfers, a sunset sailboat excursion and daily yoga and meditation. We will do our best to place you with a suitable roommate, if you’re looking for one. If we’re unable to find one, you’ll be placed in a single room accommodation.

These rooms are located under the restaurant so they are the most budget friendly rooms due to some noise (possibly until 10pm). They are each tastefully and individually decorated. Each hotel room has a small outdoor patio and a hammock hanging out front. The hotel rooms have one queen and one single bed.

*It is very hard to hear sounds of the restaurant with A/C or fan on.
