The majority of the people who are coming to your retreat are doing so because they ๐ธ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ and ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐. Yes, you will probably get a couple random people through targeted advertising (which is part of what I offer) but it wonโt be enough to sell our your retreat and probably not enough to even hit your minimum numbers. โฃ

Having a strong student base is ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ and you can expect some of them to bring a friend or a family member, which moves things along nicely.โฃ

One of the things I also offer is marketing material sent directly to you and having these ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ handy to offer your students after class with a QR code is going to be incredibly helpful to get the word out. I leave my postcards in the bathrooms and around the studio so everyone can see.โฃ

Another thing that has been key to getting the word out is starting a ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐น๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ for my students. Getting the sign up page right at peopleโs fingertips makes things so convenient!โฃ

Social media is another key way to get the news of your retreat out. It often takes 4 or 5 times of someone seeing something or hearing about it before they consider buying so donโt be afraid to ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ๐๐ฒ๐ป! IG Lives, Facebook events and ads are other ways to get peopleโs attention besides simply posting about the retreat. Got a YouTube page? Do a video about your retreat for people to see!โฃ

Having a ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป about your retreat will be necessary to grab the attention of potential participants. Youโll want this imaginative blurb to take their mind straight to the beautiful retreat location and describe how theyโll feel once theyโre there. Not a big writer? Not a problem, I can help.โฃ

Another way to grab peopleโs attention could be hosting a class or a workshop that is centered around the same ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ as your retreat. Leave them wanting more and maybe even give them a special discount if they sign up within a day of the class.โฃ
